1、山西医科大学硕士学位论文药物预处理与缺血预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究姓名:张宝红申请学位级别:硕士专业:心内科指导教师:来春林2003.6.13山西医科大掌硕士学位论文药物预处理与缺血预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究摘要目的:本实验旨在讨论心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生机理,观察药物预处理与缺血预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用并探讨临床价值。方法:采用在体兔心肌缺血再灌注模型,结扎兔冠状动脉前降支,缺血20分钟/再灌注30分钟。将健康家兔40只随机等分为四组:I)对照组;II)缺血预处
2、理组,缺血前给予5分钟缺血/5分钟再灌注处理;III)腺苷预处理组,缺血前于左心耳5分钟内推注腺苷2H舭g;Ⅳ)去甲肾上腺素预处理组,缺血前给予5分钟静脉滴注去甲肾上腺素0.25u眺g/min。观察指标:1)心功能各参数;2)心律失常发生3)血肌酸激酶;4)心肌SOD及MDA5)心肌超微结构。结果:实验结果表明,再灌注期间II、m、Ⅳ组±dD/dmla)(较I组有显著改善(p<0.05),但I【、III、Ⅳ组之间无统计学意义。II、III、Ⅳ组再灌注心律失常的发生率较I组比均明显降1山西医科大掌硕士掌位论文低(
