1、中文摘要内源AA损失量(EAAL)是计算饲料AA真消化率的基础数据,其测值受多种因素影响。本试验应用简化一次注射法测定了强饲不同粗蛋白质(CP)水平日粮及添加0.1%尿素后肉鸡内源AA损失量。35只体重接近(1.5士0.08kg)的艾维茵肉仔鸡等分为七组,按每kg体重25g千物质(DM)强饲无氮日粮(NFD),混合蛋白源的CP16%,CP18%,CP20%及CP16%+U(0.1%尿素)、CP18%+U,CP20%+U七种饲粮。强饲后立即皮下注射30uci/kg体重L-[4,5-'H)Leu。于注射后第24hr采集每只鸡翅静脉血液2.Oml用三
