1、MBA学位论文作者：郑露深圳农行电了银行业务发展策略研究中文摘要随着信息网络化和经济全球化的进程，金融业正经历着前所未有的革新。作为二十世纪最重要的金融创新之一，电子银行凭借其在降低经营成本、维系客户关系、提高服务效率、再造银行流程等方面的突出优势，正日益成为现代商业银行核心竞争力的重要体现，成为各商业银行发展的战略目标之一。因此，处理好与现有网点发展之间的关系，充分发挥电子银行的优势，探索出适合自身电子银行业务发展的道路显得尤为重要。本文以深圳农行电子银行业务作为研究对象，在深入分析深圳农行电子银行发展的现状、问题的基础上，结合国内外商业银行

2、电子银行业务发展的特点及优势，运用了比较分析法、SWoT分析法、差异化战略的选择相关理论对深圳农行电子银行业务进行了分析，并分别从网上银行、手机银行、自助银行、电子商务、电话银行五个方面，提出了深圳农行电子银行业务发展的盈利手段。同时，本文提出了深圳农行电子银行业务发展的内部策略和外部策略，并进行了电子银行业务相关风险管理分析。在文章的最后指出了需要进一步研究的问题，为同业电子银行的发展提供具有借鉴意义的发展策略。关键词：深圳农行，电子银行业务，策略MBA学位论文作者：郑露深圳农行电子银行业务发展策略研究ABSTRACTWiththeinfor
