2、withinthedemandofthebuildingrequirements.Recently,zeolitesynthesisfromcoalflyashhasbeenreceivingmoreaRention.IIlthisstudy,severalzeolitessuchaszeoliteNaP1.zeoliteNaAandzeoliteNaXweresynthesizedbyconvertionalhydrothermalmethodandmicrowavesupplementmulti—stagesynthesi
3、stechnology.Theeffectsofhydrothermalalkalineconditionsandadditivesonthecationexchangecapacity(CEC)valuesofzeoliteswereinvestigated.TheeffectofSi/A1molarratioofthereactantsonthetypeofzeolitewasalsodiscussed.Themajorconclusionsare:(1)TheCECvaluesofzeolitesweregreatlyd
4、ependentonthehydrothermalconditionssuchasreactivetemperature,reactivetime,liquid/solidratioandtheconcentrationofsodiumhydroxide.Theoptimalconditionsforzeolitesynthesisbvconvertionalmethodwerefoundtobe120℃oftemperature,6hoftime,8.0mL/gofliquid/solid,2mol/LofNaOH.TheC
5、ECvaluesofNaP1,NaAandNaXare175.9mmol/1009,163.8mmol/1009and178.3mmol/1009,respectively.(2)TheCECvaluesofzeoliteproductswereimprovedremarkablybytheadditivessuchasNaF,cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTAB)and95%ethan01.(3)ThetypeoftheproductsisdecidedbytheSi/A1molarratio
6、ofthecoalflyash.whichcanbeadjustedbyadditionofNaAl02.(4)Themicrowavesupplementmulti-stagesynthesistechnologyplaysanimportantroleinreducingtheoverallsynthesiswhilemaintainingahighdegreeofCECvaluefortheproducts.Thetypicalmulti-stagesynthesisprocedureis:themixedsolutio
