2、于普通骨水泥组患者且低于治疗前，且椎体高度变化状况、SF-36生活质量评分显著高于对照组和治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；高粘度骨水泥组患者骨水泥渗漏发生率显著低于普通骨水泥组患者（8.00%vs40.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论高粘度骨水泥可显著改善Cobb角，减少VAS评分，提高SF-36生活质量，并降低骨水泥渗漏发生率。[关键词]高粘度骨水泥；普通骨水泥；骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折[中图分类号]R687.3[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-9701（2015）2
