1、中国现代医生2015年8月第53卷第24期·骨科医学·高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床应用研究李健张宪双鸥吴国保江建江西省上饶市人民医院骨科,江西上饶334000[摘要]目的分析高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床应用效果。方法选取100例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者按照治疗方法将其分为高粘度骨水泥组与普通骨水泥组,各50例。结果高粘度骨水泥组患者治疗后Cobb角显著低于普通骨水泥组患者且低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高粘度骨水泥组患者治疗后VAS评分显著低
2、于普通骨水泥组患者且低于治疗前,且椎体高度变化状况、SF-36生活质量评分显著高于对照组和治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高粘度骨水泥组患者骨水泥渗漏发生率显著低于普通骨水泥组患者(8.00%vs40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高粘度骨水泥可显著改善Cobb角,减少VAS评分,提高SF-36生活质量,并降低骨水泥渗漏发生率。[关键词]高粘度骨水泥;普通骨水泥;骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折[中图分类号]R687.3[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-9701(2015)2
