1、中文摘要拒绝言语行为客观地存在我们生活中，面对他人的请求、邀请、建议等，当我们不想接受的时候，我们都会对其进行拒绝。事实表明，礼貌、合理、规范地拒绝他人有助于维护我们之间的和谐关系。所以，我们首先界定了拒绝言语行为，并从三个方面对其分类，分为：直接拒绝与间接拒绝，强威胁面子行为与弱威胁面子行为，诚意拒绝与虚假拒绝。我们采用语料分析法，通过分析搜集到的语料，将拒绝言语行为按照其出现的语境，分为九个小类，将这九个小类中出现的典型拒绝言语行为情况进行分析。对称呼的拒绝往往是为了表达其他的会话含义；对恭维、称赞的拒绝常常是虚假拒绝

2、；对感谢的拒绝比较少见，对道歉的拒绝表现出，拒绝者不原谅道歉人的会话含义；对提供、给予的拒绝方式与提供者付出的努力息息相关；对提问的拒绝方式的选择与拒绝者所维护的利益相关；请求的合理性是拒绝者主要考虑的因素；社会权势与社会关系如何，在拒绝命令、建议时是拒绝者主要关注的因素；对邀请的拒绝，拒绝者主要考虑该邀请行为是否与邀请者面子相关。最后，我们从影响拒绝言语行为的因素出发，考察影响拒绝言语行为的五个因素，并从中国文化的角度解读中国特色的拒绝言语行为，为我们更合理地实施拒绝言语行为提供理论支持。关键词：拒绝言语行为；威胁面子行
