2、ectEIA，butnotconsidercomprehensivelyandsystematicallyfromthelevelofmacroandoveralldecision-making．ThecurrentREIAislackofguidanceforregionalplanning，developmentandconstruction．Forregionaldevelopmentandconstruction,acertainregioncorrespondstoacomprehensivedevelopmentplan，andtheassessmentofregion

3、aldevelopmentactuallyisaprocessofevaluatingregionalplanning．Therefore，itisafeasibleapproachtointroducetheideasofEnvironmentalImpactAssessment(EIA)intotheprocessofregionalenvironmentalassessment．Meanwhile，thisstrategyhelpsthearrangementandconsiderationatahigherlevel，sufficientassessmentcontent，

4、andcomprehensiveconclusion．Finally’constructiveideasandsuggestionsaboutthegoalofregionalplanning，planninglayout,developmentscale，industrialconstruction,andtheconstructionofenvironmental—protectioninfrastructuresareproposed，whichwillguidetheregionalenvironmentalassessment，andflLrtheraccelerates

5、ustainableregionaldevelopment．Thisstudyexploratoryfredthecombinationpo抽tofREIAandplanningEIA，mergestheideasofplanningEIAintotheprocessofREIA，andalsothestudysolvestheproblemsofREIAtosomeextent，hassomeguktingsignificancefortheoreticalresearchandpracticalwork．ThisstudydevelopsexampleanalysisofREI
