1、浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院博士学位论文基于电子鼻技术的茶叶品质检测研究姓名:于慧春申请学位级别:博士专业:农业机械化工程指导教师:王俊20070501浙江大学博士学位论文摘要子鼻响应间的关系进行分析,探讨各类茶叶香气成分及一些主要茶叶香气成分与电子鼻响应问的关系以各类香气成分作为冈变量,电子鼻并传感器的信号作为白变量,建立两者间的逐步线性回归模型,探讨了各传感器与各类香气成分间的线性关系。不同传感器与不同类的香气成分的线性相关的显著性程度不同。随传感器特性不同,有的早显著上E相关,有的譬显著负相关,有的
2、不相关而未被引入所建立的回门模型。对各等级茶叶不同贮藏时间时的香气成分进行分析,以电子鼻各传感器的信号作为因变量,以某些被选出的随着贮藏时间含量变化比较明显的具体香气成分作为白变量,建立两者之间的多元线性关系模型。对随着贮藏时间的变化.茶叶各具体香气成分含量与相应电子鼻信号的变化之间的相关关系进行探讨。关键词:茶叶品质;贮藏时间;电子鼻;特征提取;模式识别浙江大学博士学位论文摘要AbstractTheteaoutputofourcountryisinthesecondplaceintheworld.Teanot
