1、慢性排斥反应移植肾组织TIAF-1的表达及其意义作者:周广臣何小舟巢志复【摘要】目的探讨移植肾慢性排斥反应(CR)时转化生长因子-β1诱导的抗凋亡因子-1(TIAF-1)的表达及其意义。方法采用SP免疫组织化学染色法对6例因肾细胞癌行肾切除的未受肿瘤侵犯的正常肾组织和8例供肾正常肾组织、16例急性排斥反应和28例慢性排斥反应移植肾组织中TIAF-1的表达进行观察,并对间质浸润细胞中CD3、CD20、CD68阳性细胞数进行分析。结果正常供肾组织未见TIAF-1表达。急性排斥反应移植肾间质TIAF-1阳性细胞数明显增加,肾
2、小管上皮细胞呈微弱的TIAF-1表达。在慢性排斥反应移植肾组织中,TIAF-1在间质浸润细胞中的表达呈弥漫性、强阳性,较多的肾小管上皮细胞呈高度染色。移植肾间质浸润的TIAF-1阳性细胞数与CD3和CD20阳性细胞数呈正相关。结论TIAF-1在慢性排斥反应移植肾组织中的表达可能与Th1细胞向Th2细胞的免疫偏离有关,移植肾肾小管上皮细胞的TIAF-1表达可能反映了某种保护性机制的诱导。【关键词】肾移植;慢性排斥反应;转化生长因子-β1诱导的抗凋亡因子-1Abstract:ObjectiveToinvestigateth

5、),andintheanalysiscombinedwiththenumberofpositivecellsofCD3,CD20andCD68infiltratedintheinterstitium.ResultsTheexpressionofTIAF-1wasnotdetectableinnormalkidney.TheexpressionofTIAF-1positivecellsintheinterstitiumofrenalallograftswithacuterejectionwasup-regulatedan
6、dTIAF-1wasweaklyexpressedintubularepithelialcells.Intissueswithchronicrenalallograftrejection,ahighanddiffusiveexpressionofTIAF-1wasfoundinthepositivecellsinfiltratedintheintersitiumoftherenalallografts,withmoretubularepithelialcellshighlystained,mostofwhichwere
