2、养的培养与提升；于文化，促进信息文化的传承、建构与创新。在对信息技术课程与信息文化的相互作用进行分析之后，本文从信启、活动的概念出发探讨了信息技术课程中的信息文化，它是大众化信息活动与专业化信息活动分别对鹿的信息文化的综合，本质上是大众群体与专业群体的信息活动规则的总称。在文化教育的层面上理解和实施信息技术课程意味着：内容建设要从目标、学生、过程三个维度加以考察，分别兼顾肉容的技术性与文化性、阶段性与系统性、预设眭与生成性；教材编写要体现适应差异、突出实践、穿插评价、价值渗透等原则；教学活动要关注过程体验文化、面向需求建构文化、全面促进适应文化、弘扬个性
