2、观察了不同浓度(0.04%、0.06%、0.08%、0.1%和0.2%)和不同时间(6h、24h、48h、7d和14d)防腐剂对大肠杆菌ATCC8099、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538、白色念珠菌ATCC10231和黑曲霉ATCC16404的抑菌效果。[结果]凯松1、凯松2和布罗波尔抑菌有效浓度纸片法测定分别为0.1%、0.06%和0.2%,在所试浓度内只有布罗波尔对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉无抑菌效果,防腐剂效力测试法测得3种防腐剂对大肠杆菌的抑菌有效浓度为0.04%,0.04%和0.2%。[结论]与纸片
