1、湖南大学博士学位论文套期保值技术及其在汇率风险管理中的应用研究姓名：吴晓申请学位级别：博士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：谢赤20040315意义的是在我国现行的汇率体制下，人民币汇率盯住美元，丽美元又具有最发达的金融衍生工具市场，则我国有关主体利用美元的货币衍生工具对其面临的美元以外的汇率风险进行交叉套期保值几乎可以取得美国套期保值者对其汇率风险进行直接套期保值相同的效果，而且可以从传统套期保值模型和方法入手，逐渐向更高层次的现代套期保值模型和方法过渡，在现阶段却又能做到不损害套期保值的效率。本文在理论研究上的主要创新之处在于提出了一个汇率风险套期保值研究的理论框架，并用其分析方法研

2、究了汇率风险与套期保值领域的若干重大问题，证实了该统一框架适用性的潜力；在实证分析上的创新则表现在较成功地用BEKK模型描述套期保值行为并确定动态的套期保值比率，尤其是结合我国的具体国情，提出了我国有关主体汇率风险管理简单易行的交叉套期保值策略。关键词：风险管理：汇率风险；套期保值；金融衍生工具IIAbstractTheworld’seconomicandfinancialenvlronmenIhasevolvedprofoundlysincethe1970’s．AfterChina’sreformandopeningherdomesticfinancialmarketsgradua
