3、ofICTpenetrationlevelanddiffusionmte，basedonwhichtoputforwardChinesetrainsofthoughtsandcountexlTleasm-csoubridgingdigimidivide．Inchapterone，thethesisreviewstheliteratureofdigimidividesystematically,ina-oducesresearchroutinesandfi'amework．Inchaptertwo,thethesisanalyzesthe

4、oreticalgenesisofdigitaldivide，discriminatesanddefinestheconceptionofdigitaldivideentirely,emphasizesoneconomicconnotationsandextensionsofdigitaldivide．Inchapterthree，basedonthetechno-economicparadigmtheory,thisthesisexpatiatesOllICT’Seconomiccharacteristicsandrulesofnet
