3、tmentserviceorganizationcancontinuouslystrengthenthecustomersatisfactionandincreasethecompetitiveabilityofmedicaltreatmentserviceorganization．Establishingthesystemofmedicaltreatmentservicemanagementandmakingitperfect，isthefoundationandguaranteeofmedicaltreatmentse

4、rviceorganizationimprovingthequalityofmedicaltreatmentservice．Therefore，systematicalstudyingtheconceptionofthequalityofmedicaltreatmentservice，settingupthetheoriesframeandmodeofsystemofmedicaltreatmentservicemanagement，exploringthemeasureofconsummatingthequalityof
