3、ers，instructionaldesignguidesteachers’behavior,andaffectsstudents’learningactivitiestoalargeextent．Andthereforethestudyontheinstructionaldesigncompetenciesofteachers，especiallyundertheinformationtechnologyenvironment，isverynecessary．Throughliteratureanalysis，wefoundthatt

4、herearemainlytwoproblemstobesolvedabouttheinstructionaldesigncompetenciesofteachers．Firstly,wedon’thaveaclearly—definedconceptionontheinstructionaldesigncompetencies，behaviorstudyorcognitivestudycall’tsolvetheproblembyeachofthemself．Secondly,wehavenotdevelopedascalemeasu

5、ringtheinstructionaldesigncompetenciesofteachersyet．Thestudyaimsatachievingabreakthroughinthesetwoareas．Inthisstudy,firstlywe,∞consideredthenatureofdesign，teaching，andtherelationshipbetweenteachersandinstructionaldesign，andthentriedtogiveasuitableinterpretationofteachers
