3、ers,instructionaldesignguidesteachers’behavior,andaffectsstudents’learningactivitiestoalargeextent.Andthereforethestudyontheinstructionaldesigncompetenciesofteachers,especiallyundertheinformationtechnologyenvironment,isverynecessary.Throughliteratureanalysis,wefoundthatt
4、herearemainlytwoproblemstobesolvedabouttheinstructionaldesigncompetenciesofteachers.Firstly,wedon’thaveaclearly—definedconceptionontheinstructionaldesigncompetencies,behaviorstudyorcognitivestudycall’tsolvetheproblembyeachofthemself.Secondly,wehavenotdevelopedascalemeasu
5、ringtheinstructionaldesigncompetenciesofteachersyet.Thestudyaimsatachievingabreakthroughinthesetwoareas.Inthisstudy,firstlywe,∞consideredthenatureofdesign,teaching,andtherelationshipbetweenteachersandinstructionaldesign,andthentriedtogiveasuitableinterpretationofteachers
