4、rentialorientationofPZTfilmCanbeobtainedforbottonLSCOlayerwithhighergrowthtemperature.AtomicforcemicroscopemeasurementindicatesthattheroughnessofPZTfilmdecreaseswithincreaseoftheLSCOgrowthtemperature.Lao.sSro.5C003/PbZro.53Ti0.4703/Lao.5Sro.5C003ferroelectf
5、iccapacitorhasbeenfabricatedonSrTi03(100)substrate,ferroelectrictesterstudyindicatesthatgrowthtemperatureofbottomLSCOlayerimpactstheferroelectricproperties,leakagecurrentdensityofPZTfilm.WiththeincreaseofLSCOgrowthtemperature,preferentialorientationofPZTfil
