2、；第二，建立了内外分层的分析研究模型，运用模型对影响转轨期中国商业银行惜贷行为的诸多因素进行了研究；第三，提炼出风险偏好变化因子作为转轨期中国商业银行信贷行为异常的根本内因，补充了现代西方信贷行为理论分析中国实践的理论盲点。第四，在外因作用分析上，以各外因对风险偏好态度及相应的信贷激励机制所起作用为逻辑纽带，建立了基于外因之间层级递进关系的结构式分析模型，研究了利率管制等外因在惜贷行为形成过程中的独特作用，并为将来增加新的外因分析提供了一个开放式的平台。关键词：商业银行：惜贷行为：激励约束机制：过度风险
