4、nt(CTE),fracturestrengthofcoatings,andbondingstrengthofcoatings.Therefore,theresidualstressandthecoatingstressgeneratedduringthethermalsprayingcoatingareobviouslydifferentfromthethermalsprayingconditions.Theinfluenceofseveralthermalsprayconditionsonthepr
5、opertiesofcoatingswasstudied.Thetypicalthermalbarriercoatingsystemiscomposedofpartiallystablezirconia(chemicalcompositionof8wt%Y2O3-ZrO2)andCoNiCrAlYbondinglayer.Thevelocityandtemperatureoftheflyingparticlesandthetemperatureofthesubstratearechangedwithth
6、echangeofthethermalsprayingprocessparameters.Forceramiccoating,thesystemmeasurestheporosityofthecoating,vickershardness,CTE,elasticmodulus,bendingfracturestrength,fracturetoughnessofthelaminatedlayerandresidualstressofthecoating.1introductionThermalspray
7、ingtechnologyisakindofdepositiontechniques,suchasatmosphericplasmaspraying(APS),thearcspraying(TWA)andsupersonicflamespraying(HVOF),istheuseoftinyparticlesareacceleratedbyhighenergyplasmaorgasflow,makethepoundingofsubstrate,depositionformingdensecoating.
