3、ricalresistancesharplyperature.TheresistivityofPVA/AgNO3filmsdecreaseddropped(4–5order)inacertaintemperaturerangewaswithincreasingthetemperature.Andasharpdecreasereported.Thephase,structurethermal,andelectricalresis-appearedat155–165Cduetothegenerationandcontacttivi
4、typropertiesoffilmsatdifferentheattreatmenttem-ofamassofAgparticlesatthistemperature.Thethermal-peratureswerestudiedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),electricalresultssuggestedtheapplicabilityofthesemate-scanningelectricalmicroscopy(SEM)anddifferentialscan-rialsintemperaturese
