4、withfentanyl,lomoxicamornefopaminpainlessartificialabortion.METHODS:180earlypregnantwomenscheduledforpainlessartificialabortionwererandomizedintogroupF,LandN(n=60/group)toreceiveintravenousfentanyl1g/kg,lomoxicam0.16mg/kgornefopam0.4mg/kg,respectively.Intravenouspropofol2mg/kgwasveninallgroupsan

5、d0.5mg/kgwasaddedaccordingtothepatients’responses.Meanarterialpressure(MAP),heartrate(HR),respiratoryrate(RR),pulseoxygensaturation(SpO2),operationduration,re—coverytime,sedationscores,orientation,postoperativevisualan—alognescaleandsideeffectswererecorded.RESULTS:MAP,RR,HRandSpO2decreasedinallo

6、fthe3groupsduringopera—tion,especiallyingroupF(P<0.01).Allthepatientswereawake2minafteroperation.Therewerestatisticaldifferencesinthedegreeofinjection-inducedanduterinecontractionpainsbetweenany2ofthe3groups(P<0.05),andtheinjection-in-ducedpainwasmostsevereingroupNandtheuterinecontractionp
