7、fortheverbtobe.Thesubjunctiveforthepresenttensethirdpersonsingulardropsthe-sor-essothatitlooksandsoundslikethepresenttenseforeverythingelse.Thesubjunctivemoodoftheverbtobeisbeinthepresenttenseandwereinthepasttense,regardlessofwhatthesubjectis.Incorrect:IfIwasyou,Iwoul
