1、摘要作为冶金工业的主要工艺设备，步进梁在生产线上起着重要的作用。其性能的好坏直接影响着生产进度，进而影响着经济效益。特别是随着现代化设备向连续、大型、高速、高精度方向发展，对步进梁的模型研究和优化控制提出了越来越高的要求。然而，在步进梁的运输过程中却出现了诸多问题，如运动速度控制不够精确，步进梁升降不同步等。这不仅造成了设备事故，而且还严重影响了生产线的生产进度。鉴于以上问题，本文主要围绕步进梁的液压系统展开了一些研究，主要内容包括以下几个方面：系统地介绍了步进梁设备的特点、工作原理、结构设计、

2、主要参数选择和计算。详细介绍步进梁液压系统的原理和工作过程，针对该系统存在的主要问题，提出了改进措施。对轧钢和带钢生产线的机组设计中输入输出设备的方案选择以及步进梁设备的方案设计和基本设计都具有一定的指导和实用价值。针对步进梁升降速度的电液比例控制系统，提出了“变量泵+比例方向阀+进口压力补偿器”的控制方案。阐述了步进梁电液比例液压系统中主要元件的功能、工作原理，以及选型时应注意的问题。研究结果表明，这种电液比例控制方案可以满足步进梁的工艺曲线要求。对今后同类的项目设计、制造、施工以及使用步进梁
