1、小鼠股骨临界骨缺损模型的构建及评估靳慧勇侯天勇罗飞李志强易绍萱常正奇边巴罗布许建中*(400038重庆,第三军医大学附属西南医院骨科,全军矫形外科中心)[摘要]目的建立一种骨组织工程研究中简便易行的标准化小鼠股骨临界骨缺损模型。方法测量小鼠股骨的解剖参数。将30只2-3月龄FVB/N品系的小鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,用我们自行设计的内固定物固定后分别制备长度为1mm、2mm和2.5mm的股骨干中段骨和骨膜缺损模型,通过影像学和组织学的方法来观察骨缺损的愈合进程。结果术后3月通过X线和组织学检查证实1mm的缺损可以通过自身修复机制
2、完成骨缺损的愈合,而2mm、2.5mm的缺损则无法自行愈合,建模成功率为89.7%。结论通过自行设计的内固定物构建的小鼠股骨缺损模型,在不填充植骨材料的情况下,2mm以上的骨缺损不能自行愈合,符合临界骨缺损的标准。该模型制备简便,可重复性高,护理方便,费用低廉,可用于组织工程骨修复负重长骨骨缺损的实验研究。关键词:小鼠;临界骨缺损;组织工程;动物模型[中图法分类号][文献标志码]ATheestablishmentandevaluationofmousefemurcriticalsizebonedefectmodelJINHui-y
