6、·······························43个人简历·············································································44中文摘要ICOS、Bcl-6蛋白在原发性干燥综合征外周血及唇腺组织中的表达及意义摘要干燥综合征(sjogren’ssyndrome,SS)是以口眼干燥、泪液唾液分泌减少,可累及多脏器为临床表现,以淋巴细胞高度浸润为病理特点的弥漫性结缔组织病,分为原发性和继发性。原发性干燥综合征(primarysjogren’ssyndromePSS)从发病到病变迁延
7、的基础是免疫功能紊乱,外分泌腺管道上皮细胞可发挥抗原递呈作用,细胞识别抗原后T、B细胞增殖,促使B细胞分化为浆细胞,进而产生大量免疫球蛋白、自身抗体,导致体液免疫过度的异常反应,聚集大量的各种细胞因子和炎症介质造成组织损伤。在此过程中有一类CD4+T细胞亚群,辅助B细胞,以趋化因子受体CXCR5为主要表面标志物,高表达特异性ICOS、BCL-6、CD40、PD-1,分泌IL-21发挥其生物学功能,起着不可或缺的作用,这类细胞称为滤泡辅助性T细胞(follicularhelperTcell,T
