6、··················································43个人简历·············································································44中文摘要子宫内膜癌患者外周血循环内皮细胞的检测及其临床意义摘要目的:肿瘤新生血管的生成在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用,其作用主要包括提供营养物质、氧以促进肿瘤的进一步生长和提供肿瘤转移、演变所需要的渠道。研究表明:循环内皮细胞(circulatingendothelialcells,CECs
7、)参与了肿瘤新生血管的生成,其机制为该细胞可以通过增殖、迁移、粘附的形式形成血管管腔。CECs进一步可分为:休眠循环内皮细胞(restingcirculatingendothelialcells,,rCECs)、活性循环内皮细胞(viablecirculatingendothelialcells,V-CECs)和凋亡循环内皮细胞(apoptoticcirculatingendothelialcells),其中V-CECs在促进肿瘤血管的生成中扮演着最重要的角色。研究报道,病情处于稳定期的肿瘤患者的外周血中CECs水平与健康人水平无明显差异,但是处于进展期的患者其
