1、浙江大学硕士学位论文城市地下空间开发控制性详细规划研究姓名：张芝霞申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：杨建军20070201摘要：论文以城市新中心区地下空间为研究的对象，探讨了地下空间控规制编的内容。从城市控规的理论和原理出发，提出了城市地下空间控规应包括土地使用控制、配套设施控制、建筑建造控制、地下空间设计引导、行为活动控制等五个方面的主要内容，并对其包含内容及计算方法作了较为深入的阐述。最后以萧山钱江世纪城地下空间规划为例进行实例研究，进而提出完善地下空间控规体系的建议。本文分为五个章节：第一章就本次研究背景和意义入手，确定研

2、究对象、框架、思路以及方法。第二章描述了城市地下空间控规编制的现状、概念及作用，并借鉴地面控规体系，提出了城市地下空间控规主要内容应包括对土地使用控制、配套设施控制、建筑建造控制、地下空间设计引导、行为活动控制五个方面内容。第三章详细阐述了地下空间控规的五个方面内容，并对其控规指标的计算方法进行了探讨。第四章结合萧山钱江世纪城地下空间规划的实例，对控规的内容及其指标的计算方法做了对比分析。第五章对本文进行了总结，指出可通过进一步深化地下空间控规体系，建立系统的地下空间控规理论，以作为地下空间开发和管理的依据。关键词：地下空间城市新中心区控规A
