1、苏州科技学院硕士学位论文城市保障住房的空间组织研究——以苏州市为例姓名：樊欣申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：袁中金20090501苏州科技学院硕士学位论文摘要随着我国城镇化进程的推进和城市阶层分化的加剧，中低收入群体的住房日益引起学界和政府部门的共同关注，保障住房及其空间组织既成为构建和谐城市的核心，又成为保证城市空间正义的重要载体。城市保障住房研究跨越了多个学科领域，有着不同的研究角度和范式，积淀了丰厚的研究成果。本论文重点探讨城市保障住房的空间组织问题，在社会公平和公正前提下，分析城市保障住房、商品住房和社会阶层分化之间的关系，促

2、进中低收入阶层的居住融和，提出保障住房与普通商品住房混合建设的模式。全文共分为七章：第一章主要阐述选题的背景、意义、主要内容、研究方法和研究思路。第二、三章对国内外城市保障住房空间组织的实践和相关理论进行评述，总结了城市居住空间结构分异与社会分化学说、城市空间政治经济学派、芝加哥城市生态学派的观点，分析了发达国家地方政府不同时期、不同状况下对城市保障住房产生的问题的相关跟进策略，总结了开发保障住房要通过政策手段力量来平衡市场利益和非盈利的集团之间的关系，并重点探讨了保障住房空间融合模式。第四章分别从住房政策制度、交通设施、社会空间结构等因素分析了影响
