1、西北大学硕士学位论文资源型城市产业发展研究姓名：尚玉鑫申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：段汉明20090601中文摘要资源型城市是依托资源开发而兴建或者发展起来的城市。我国资源型城市众多，占建制市总数的1／7，典型的城市有石油城市大庆、东营、盘锦等，煤炭城市大同、阜新、鸡西等。由于长期发展模式的偏差和资源的约束，多数资源型城市产业结构单一，产业竞争力低下，制约了区域经济实现可持续发展。国内外学者对资源型城市产业发展相关问题的研究多数是基于外部环境和外生因素，而在我国市场化进程越来越深入

2、的情况下，从产业和区域内部的角度来探讨这个问题无疑更具有理论和实践意义。产业集聚的相关研究揭示产业集聚是促进产业发展，提高区域竞争力的重要方式。从实践中可以看到。世界上具有竞争力的区域大多表现出较强的产业集聚的特征。本文通过回顾产业集聚以及资源型城市产业发展的相关研究，分析产业集聚的运行机制并结合资源型城市的产业特征，从产业集聚角度对资源型城市的产业发展提出相应的对策，包括产业区位重构、大力发展中小企业、资源重组和转移支付、对相关人员的转岗培训和创业培训以及人文环境建设，并对资源型城市的产业发展模式
