2、heentireprovince.Theseminingindustriesandthemineenterprisesarethebaseofenergy,rawmaterialandthemineralsprocessedproductsinShandong,whichhastheimportantinfluencetotheShandongnationaleconomy’shealth,steadydevelopment.Therefore,studiesontheseresource-base

3、dcities’industryconversioninShandongprovincehaverealisticalsignificance.Positivestudyandnormativestudyareadoptedandquantitativeanalysisiscombinedwithqualitativeanalysisinthedissertation.Onthebasisofsystematicstudyingontheconcernedtheoryinindustryconver

4、sioninresource-basedcities,thedeeplyfollowingdiscussionsabouttheconversionmechanismsarecarriedoutinthestudy.Thereareseveralconcernedtheoriesofindustryconversionaboutresource-basedcitiesinthestudy,whichcontainsclassiceconomics,industrialeconomics,evolut

5、ionaryeconomics,andinstitutionaleconomicsandsoon.Theclassiceconomicshaspointedoutthatthesituationofusingthemineralresourceissternfromthescarceresources.Theindustrialeconomicsfromtheindustrystructureinteneratingandhigh-rankinghaspointedoutthattherigidpa

6、tternoftheresource-basedcitiesneedstotransform.Fromthedynamicevolutionofevolutionaryeconomics,theossificationandthenon-equalizationintheresource-basedcitiesdestroythedynamicevolutionaryprocessoftheindustries.Accountingtothelocked-ineffecthappenedtothes
