1、摘要针对整个健美操运动推广过程中，以其在少儿阶段的发展至关重要。因此，本论文以促进少儿阶段健美操项目发展为主要目的，对西安市少儿健美操培训班的开展现状进行调研与分析，近而揭示西安市少儿健美操培训班的类型、人员特征、开展形式等方面的特点，希望有助于少儿阶段兴趣爱好的培养，增强少儿的健康体魄，也为我国少年儿童健美操的开展提供有益参考，促进健美操整体水平的提高。本文以西安市少儿健美操培训班开展现状为研究对象，采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对西安市少儿健美操培训班的现状进行调研与分析,结果表明：第一，
2、西安市少儿健美操培训班的发展现状并不理想，各培训班的开展程度和开展水平参差不齐，学员流动性较高，缺乏专业的管理人才和管理制度。第二，少儿健美操培训班的教师学历水平不均衡，教学年限比较短，教学经验不足，在教学过程中所采用的教学方法不够新颖，教学内容陈旧，创新度不够，整体的师资队伍不够规范，缺乏系统的岗位培训，这不利于少儿健美操培训班的发展。第三，参加少儿健美操培训班的学生年龄多处于7-11岁，男女比例失衡，女生参与人数明显多于男生，且学员数量很不稳定，该现象不仅给健美操教学和训练带来一定的困难，也影响学生技术水平的提高，同时还制约着少儿健
3、美操培训班的发展。第四，少儿健美操培训班中的学生家长对于健美操的认知比较偏颇，缺乏对健美操项目的认识和了解，主要是由于文化课成绩、家长认知度、社会环境等因素造成的，需加大力度对其进行宣传。第五，大部分少儿健美操培训班都具有场地，但是场地设施不完善，器械种类欠缺，教师认为现有的场地条件不能很好地满足教学，须要加大投入。关键词：西安市；少儿健美操；培训班；现状；论文类型：基础性研究IAbstractFortheentireprocessofaerobicsexercisepromotion,itisvitaltothedevelopment
