2、在并购过程中的动因；运用事件分析法和财务指标法对并购的短期和长期绩效进行了针对性分析。研究结果表明：在我国汽车配件市场上所发生的并购活动中，影响到企业发生主动并购的主要动因包括，企业自身的自主创新战略、市场扩张战略、营业增长率和净利润。并购绩效的实证结果表明，短期来看，并购活动可以为主动并购上市公司的股票带来了一定额外收益；但从长期来看，汽车配件上市公司的主动并购活动并未给公司带来正向效应，在并购完成后有些财务绩效指标有所下降，这也说明了我国汽配企业并购后需要经过一段时间进行整合，而且整合速度相对缓慢。最后，根据实证研究
