2、在重智商，轻情商现象，情商教育存在严重不足，大学生综合素质不高，很难满足学习、工作、生活要求。在如今互联网知识经济时代，社会发展在现阶段以及未来需要的是以专业知识为基础以高情商能力为引领的高素质人才，大学生迫切需要进行情商能力学习，因此，高校应该及早进行大学生情商教育。本文在文献整理和分析的基础上辅以问卷调查及访谈等实证方法，以宁夏地区部分高校大学生为对象从不同层次和角度对当前高校大学生情商及情商教育情况进行研究，在阐明情商教育的重要性和必要性基础上，讨论当前高校情商教育中取得的成效及存在的问题，分析其原因并提出有效对策，使高校找到未来人才培养的新方向，使大学生在学好专业知识的同时得到良
