3、研究生培养制度建设的关键环节之一。文章以研究生教育内部质量保障体系为研究对象，以制度分析视角来审视现阶段我国研究生教育内部质量保障体系建设中出现的问题，对研究生教育内部质量保障体系的制定以及评价标准做出了说明。在分析国外相关研究的基础上，借鉴其内部质量保障体系建设经验，对我国研究生教育内部质量保障体系在参与制度建设的人员构成、目标设定、执行、实施的工具等方面存在的共性问题进行归纳总结，并对问题存在的原因进行了分析。在参考国外优秀的内部质量保障体系建设经验的同时，对完善我国研究生教育内部质量保障体系提出对策性建议。关键词：制度分析；研究生教育；内部
