3、非常重视创新型人才的培养，目前我国也正加紧转变对学生的教育培养方式，提高学生的创新能力。创新能力的培养需要学生具备较强的“问题意识”，因此，中学生“问题意识”的培养刻不容缓。1999年，党和国家作出了深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的决定。在全面深化素质教育的同时，尤其需要重视学生“问题意识”的培养。教师有目的的引导学生发现问题，使其能够运用所学知识解决问题，帮助学生学会自主学习，进而培养学生的“问题意识”。文章以中学历史教学中培养学生“问题意识”为研究对象，在借鉴和吸收前人研究成果的基础上，主要运用了文献法、问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法等，针对中学
