7、··········41中文摘要新诊断2型糖尿病患者甲状腺功能状态临床观察摘要目的:观察新诊断2型糖尿病(Type2diabetesmellitus,T2DM)患者与健康人群甲状腺功能状态与促甲状腺激素受体抗体(Thyroidstimulatinghormone-receptorantibodies,TRAb)的差异,分析新诊断T2DM患者不同甲状腺功能状态的临床特点,探讨在新诊断T2DM患者中筛查甲状腺功能状态与TRAb的临床意义。方法:选取2013年6月至2014年6月邢台市人民医院门诊及住院新诊断T2DM患者150
8、例,将同期100例健康体检人群设为对照组。所有受试对象空腹8小时以上,清晨抽取肘静脉血样5ml,室温静置、离心、分离血清,化学发光法检测血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(Triiodothyronine,T3)、甲状腺素(Thyroxine,T4)、促甲状腺素(Thyroidstimulatinghormone,TSH)、游离三
