6、easuringtemperaturechange,DT,usingy6amicrocantileverbeamwitharesolutionofabout10K(1mK).Thethermalmassofthesensorissuf®cientlylowthaty14theenergyresolutionisintherange10J(10fJ),andthey11powerresolutionisontheorderof5=10W(50pW).Theseresolutionsareseveralorde
