7、························································46中文摘要芪参还五胶囊对大鼠卡压性坐骨神经损伤作用的实验研究摘要目的:本课题拟通过以芪参还五胶囊药物灌胃在大鼠坐骨神经卡压损伤模型的应用,通过观察光镜下卡压坐骨神经组织结构的改变、腓肠肌运动终板的染色及形态改变;电镜下腓肠肌运动终板的改变、坐骨神经切片的超微结构改变,比较实验组和对照组神经退变及修复再生的差异,以期明确芪参还五胶囊促进周围神经修复再生的作用和效应部位及时间窗,为中西医结合治疗周围神经卡压性疾患提供理论和实验依据。方法:选择雄性Spra
