8、知晓率、治疗率、控制率低等特点,严重威胁着人类的生命健康。且随着我国老龄化社会的到来,此类疾病的严峻形势不容忽视。近年来,许多科研人员致力于调动机体内源性保护机制以提高脑神经细胞对缺血性损害的抵抗力的研究,使其在遭受严重的缺血打击并恢复血液灌流后仍具有正常的生理功能,为此类疾病的防治提供新思路。自1990年日本学者Kitagawa发现脑缺血预处理现象以来,大量研究证实了同一器官缺血预处理所带来的保护作用。尽管脑缺血预处理诱导的脑缺血耐受具有强大的内源性保护作用,然而对中枢器官进行缺血预处理,很难作为一种脑缺血前的预防措施直接应用于临床
