7、·43中文摘要微骨折技术结合富血小板血浆治疗兔膝关节软骨损伤的生物力学研究摘要目的:关节软骨的损伤是目前临床上非常常见的膝关节疾病。运动损伤、肥胖、年龄等是其发生与发展的重要因素。然而,关节软骨并没有来自血管的血液供应及神经支配,其再生长能力极弱,一旦损伤很难恢复。当关节软骨遭到破坏后,软骨损伤可通过以下途径进一步加剧:一方面:胫股关节缺乏足够的应力,损伤的软骨不能通过适当的形变分配受力并汲取营养,进而导致受力分布不均、细胞功能下降;另一方面:粘蛋白聚糖从组织中逸出,从而导致软骨硬度的变化,增加软骨发生损伤的几率,而这些风险在正

8、常关节的承重活动中即可发生。由于软骨的生物力学性质明显取决于其成分组成和正常的超微结构,其生物力学的测量是对软骨修复术后软骨机械性能及结构组成的间接反映。因此,同软骨的组织学特性相比,其生物力学特性的恢复同样非常重要。目前临床关于关节软骨损伤的治疗可分为是否修复
