1、微骨折术治疗组缺损区修复组织内纤维组织生成并逐渐增多。空白组仅见少量纤维样修复组织生成；wakitani组织学评分显示十一方药酒结合微骨折术组术后8周、12周修复效果明显优于单纯微骨折术组护<0．05)。结论：十一方药酒结合微骨折术治疗新西兰大白兔膝关节全层软骨缺损的修复效果明显优于单纯应用微骨折术，使修复组织结构更接近正常关节透明软骨，同时它还对维持软骨的功能和形态的完整性以及促进关节软骨细胞增殖和血管增生具有积极的作用，为临床上治疗软骨损伤提供一定的理论和实验依据以及新的思路和方法。关键词：软骨损伤；十一方药酒；微骨折技术；实验研究Thetreatmentale
