3、vesofVietnamesefarmersatpresent.Besidespositivefactors,thereexitsomenegativeimpactsmadebytheprocessofurbanizationandindustrialization,especiallytheconversionofagriculturalfertilitylandfornewindustrialzone,golfground(Thereare500,000hectaresofcultivatedlandlostfrom2001to2007,and120,000hectareslo
4、stin2007inparticular),etc.makingthousandsofhouseholdslandlessandsotheyhavetoseekvariouswaystoearntheirliving,increasingthenumberofwomengoingabroadforlaborexportandgettingmarriedtoforeigners.Thisleadstothetrendof“feminizedagriculture,agingrural”and“womenhouseholdheads”,andothersocialissueslike:
5、transformationoffamilystructureandsize,increaseinnumberofdivorces,etc.leadingtotheincreaseinsexworkers,womenandgirlchildtrafficking.ThesearechallengestofarmersingeneralandVietnameseruralwomeninparticular.Thisarticlementionsthemainpointsrelatingtoemploymentandlivesofruralwomeninthecontextofrura
