7、···············46个人简历··········································································47I中文摘要超声引导下兔体内直接性门腔静脉分流支架置入路径探讨摘要肝硬化导致的门静脉高压症是由于门静脉及其属支血管压力增加而引发并发症。主要包括食管-胃底静脉破裂出血、脾功能亢进、顽固性胸腹水、肝肾综合征及肝静脉闭塞导致的布-加综合征等。随着医疗技术的发展,X线引导下经颈内静脉途径建立肝内门体静脉分流术(TIPS
8、)已经广泛应用于缓解门静脉压力,成为治疗门静脉高压症的主要手段之一。临床上常遇到颈内静脉狭窄或闭塞、上腔静脉狭窄或闭塞、肝静脉闭塞、心房内梗阻性病变、大量腹水、一侧肺不张引起的纵膈移位等情况,使得传统TIPS术难以实施,然而随着超声引导下介入技术的发展,超声结合X线引导的经皮经肝穿刺门静脉与肝后段下腔静脉(RHSIVC)之间建立直接性门腔静脉分流(DIPS)术已成为当今介入微创治疗门静脉高压症的热点。为避免X线的放射性辐射,本实验研究在脱离X线条件下,对
