2、的关系，并和正常膀胱组织中的表达来对比。以评价P53PTENPCNA基因与膀胱移行细胞癌恶性度的关系。方法：1.选取40例确诊为膀胱移行细胞癌的病例做为实验对象。挑选10例因前列腺增生进行手术而切取的膀胱组织用以进行对照。2.应用SP免疫组化法来检测40例膀胱移行细胞癌组织与10例正常膀胱组织中P53、PTEN、PCNA基因的表达情况。结果：膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P53，PTEN，PCNA基因的表达率分别为55.0%，42.5%，62.5%。其与正常膀胱组织相比都具有统计学的差异（P均<0.05）P53基因阳性率在I，II，III级肿瘤中

3、分别为30.0%，56.3%，71.4%。PTEN基因阳性率在I，II，III级肿瘤中分别为60.0%，50.0%，21.4%。PCNA基因阳性率在I，II，III级肿瘤中分别为40.0%，62.5%，78.6%。病理分级的逐渐上升。P53、PCNA基因阳性表达逐渐上升。PTEN基因的阳性表达也逐渐下降。Logistic回归分析显示与病理级别呈正相关的基因是P53、PCNA，呈负相关关系的是PTEN基因。结论：P53、PTEN、PCNA基因免疫组化检测的结果与膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性度之间存在评估价值。关键词：膀胱移行细胞癌，免疫组化，P5
