3、structureiscreated.Itfeaturesalowcontactresistanceandgoodmechanicaladhesiontothesiliconsurface.Thesecondlayerisformedbylight-inducedsilverplating(LIP)toincreasethelineconductivity.Toformthefirstlayerametal-containingaerosoliscreatedintheprinterandfocusedviaasecondsurround
4、inggasstreamthroughanozzleanddepositedontothesubstrate.Thefocussinggasavoidsthecontactbetweentheaerosolandthenozzletip.Inaddition,linewidthssignificantlysmallerthantheoutletdiameterofthenozzletipcanbereached.Fineandcontinuouslineswithawidthof14mmwereprintedusingametalorga
