1、浙江大学硕士学位论文新型含磷阻燃环氧树脂研究姓名:吴斌杰申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:孙建中20060301浙江大学颈七学位论文摘要本论文用问苯二酚和苯基磷酸二氯化物(PPD)首次成功合成了一种新型含磷化合物:2一苯氧基(3-羟基)苯基磷氧化物(BPHPPO),对其化学结构用红外、质谱、氢谱进行了表征。将合成的BPHPPO与环氧氯丙烷加碱催化反应合成了新型含磷阻燃环氧树脂(BPHPPO—EP),并对BPHPPO.EP环氧树脂的化学结构以红外、氢谱进行表征,通过改进的盐酸一丙酮法测得BPHPPO—EP的环氧值为O.442。以热失重法(TGA)对以4-4
2、’.二氨基一二苯基砜(DDS)为固化剂的BPHPPO.EP环氧树脂固化物进行热稳定性分析,在氮气条件下800。C的残炭率高达51.8%,结果表明,BPHPPO—EP/DDS固化物具有优良的热稳定性,其热稳定性优于含演环氧树脂TBBA-EP/DDS及BA—EP/DDS固化物的热稳定性。用氧指数法(LOI)测定了BPHPPO—EP/DDS的阻燃性能,测得其氧指数为34,与TBBA—EP/DDS固化物及BA—EP/DDS固化物的阻燃性能的对比测试表明,BPHPPO-EP/DDS固化物的阻燃性能优于TBBA—EP/DDS及BP—EP/DDS固化物的阻燃性能,且BPHPP
