1、中国民航大学硕士学位论文机场航空噪声影响评价及控制研究姓名：杨尚文申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：戴福青20080330中国民航大学硕士学位论文摘要随着航班量的快速增长和机场新建、扩建项目的增加，机场航空噪声问题日益突出。如何合理地评价机场航空噪声影响，采取怎样的控制手段，成为机场管理者和城市规划人员必须考虑的问题。首先对机场航空噪声及其特点，国内机场航空噪声污染现状，国内外机场航空噪声评价研究状况，机场航空噪声对居民影响的研究状况，以及机场航空噪声控制方法等方面进行了全面介绍。其次在深入分析机场航空噪声评价量及机场航空噪声对居民影响的基础上，根据《民用建筑隔声设计规范》(

2、GBJll8—88)对居民住宅室内噪声标准的规定，建议对于机场周围一类区域，将室外夜间最大A声级三M一=7仇培，昼间最大A声级LDA,,斌=80dB作为机场航空噪声单个噪声事件的限制标准。然后在综合考虑机场航空噪声客观评价量和居民主观反应的基础上，运用社会声学理论，建立了机场航空噪声对居民影响的二级模糊综合评价模型，使定量和定性相结合，较为全面地评价了机场航空噪声对居民的实际影响；并编制了一个界面友好、可扩充性强、简单适用的机场航空噪声影响评价系统。最后总结常用的机场航空噪声控制方法；从环境经济学的角度出发，借鉴交通和环境噪声污染经济损失的估算方法，讨论了机场航空噪声污染的经济损失估算方法；并
