1、大连海事大学硕士学位论文天津北方国际航运中心竞争力研究姓名：田璐申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：谢新连;贾大山20090601中文摘要摘要首先，本文在总结国际航运中心的概念、内涵、发展历程的基础上，指出未来国际航运中心的发展趋势。其次，基于波特“钻石模型”，分析国际航运中心竞争力的影响因素，构建综合评价指标体系。通过对天津北方国际航运中心及东亚地区现有及潜在国际航运中心或国际化港口城市的指标分析，应用主成分分析法、层次聚类分析法综合研究，明确天津的区域定位，为下文定性分析提供定量支持。结论如下：目前，天津仍然不具有发展成如香港、新加坡等一流国际航运中心的实力。现阶段，与

2、大连、青岛仍属于被评价对象的劣势层次。主要不足：城市吸引力较弱；航运要素集聚程度低；市场环境有待完善；人力资源匮乏；政策实施落实不到位。最后，依据上述结果，提出了现阶段天津建设北方国际航运中心的任务、措施、建议。未来，天津市应发挥吞吐量世界排名第五的世界级大港的竞争优势，不断完善交通基础设施建设，依托天津、北京两大直辖市的服务功能，全力以赴促进航运要素的集聚，健全航运服务功能，营造和谐的航运产业发展环境，形成以天津港为核心载体的航运服务功能体系，推进北方国际航运中心的建设。关键词：天津北方国际航运中心；竞争力；评价指标体系；主成分分析；聚类分析法英文摘要AbstractThisthesis
