1、北京交通大学硕士学位论文北京与首尔城市交通体系比较研究姓名：金基云申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：邵春福20090601中文摘要摘要：本论文的研究背景可归纳为：第一，北京和首尔都是人口过千万的大城市，目前存在的交通问题也很相似，而且都出处于交通问题日益严重的情况，必须尽早找到解决交通问题的对策。第二，首尔和北京需要在交通体系、交通基础设施、智能交通和未来交通等方面通力协作，解决共同的交通问题。研究目的是通过比较分析两个城市的交通体系现状、交通基础设施情况、智能交通和未来交通，研究两个城市的交通问题解决方

2、案，并且对存在于两城市的共同的交通问题和往后的交通发展方向进行摸索和研究。具体是：①通过了解城市交通功能和作用，更深入的认识目前北京和首尔的交通问题，揭示解决对策。②北京和首尔处在城市再开发、在建设的阶段，因此交通需求量较多，并且迁往首都圈的人口持续增长和市民收入的提高导致机动车保有量迅速增加，交通需求也会急速增长。换言之，北京和首尔同时面临着严重的交通问题，需要检讨当前的交通状况。③北京和首尔公共交通中存在的问题大致相同。北京因为急速增长的机动车保有量和外埠车辆的流入，城市中心的交通拥堵日益严重，而首尔则因为首尔周边首都

3、圈地区的人口集中，而出现了公共交通运输能力不足、乘车难、上下班高峰时段交通混乱等现象，虽然地铁线路的延长和公共汽车改编等对策使公共交通使用人数有所增加，但是其水平还是较低。④北京与首尔的交通基础设施与其他发达国家相比还落后，运输能力不足和交通拥堵等问题导致市民选择私家车交通，这也是加重交通问题的因素。本文对于解决这些交通问题提出了改善方案和对策。关键词：交通问题；交通系统；交通基础设施；交通状况；智能交通；交通体系比较分类号：【U491】ABSTRACTABS’I’RACrl’：Thebackgroundsofthisst
