5、sinordertopromotethestudent’SparticipationintheoralEnglishclassroom．Byusingquestionnaireandinterviewwithindividuals，thepurposeofthepaperistoprobeintothefollowingtwoquestions：(1)WhatarethepreferredclassroomparticipationbehaviorsofstudentsinoralEnglishclass

6、?(2)Whatarethemainfactorswhichaffectstudents’participationinoralEnglishclass?Bothofthetwoquestionsresultswereobtainedfromquestionnaire．Asqualitativedata,theinterviewwasauxiliarytoquantitativedata．Theparticipantsofthisstudywere264students，andtheyareEnglish

7、majorsfromthreedifferenthi．咖vocationalcollegesinJiangxiProvince．Thereare98，90，76studentsfromthethreecollegesrespectively．Theresultsofthestudyshowedthattherewereseveralkindsstudents’preferredparticipationbehaviorsinoralclassroom，suchaslisteningtoothersseri

8、ously,answeringthequestionstogetherwiththeirclassmates，talkingwiththeirclassmatesinEnglish，participatingingroupworkandpracticingtheirspokenEnglishintheformofdialogue．Fortheinfluencingfactorsofclassroomparticipation，
