3、inguistics，researchersandscholarsarepayingmoreandmoreattentiontotheterminologyoflexicalchunks，LCinshortform，whichCallbeconsideredasalanguagestructure．Throughamountofstudiesandresearches，ithasbeenfoundoutthatabout90％ofnaturalspeechesareactuallytheresultofthesemi．fixed‘chunk’structurewhich

4、generallyliesbetweenwordsandfixedphrasesandlanguagecommunicationisnotachievedbythesimpleuseofwordsandsomefixedphrases．WiththestudyandresearchonLCbecomingmoreandmorepopular,therehasbeenaprevailingtrendamongtheresearchersstartingtheexplorationoftheimpactofLCtotheforeignlanguageteachingmeth

5、od．Afterthestudyingofsomestatisticsfromalargenumberofexperiments，itcanbeconcludedthatLChasasignificantinfluenceupontheforeignlanguageteaching，intermsofenhancementofthefluencyandproficiencyofalanguagelearner,theimprovementofthegraspofthelanguagecoursesandalsotheincreasingofthemotivationof

6、alanguageleamertobemoreinterestedinlearning．Inthissense，theimportanceofLCforforeignlanguagelearnersshouldneverbeneglectedandoverlookedbutinstead，LCshouldbespecificallystudiedandexploredtotheimprovementoftheefficiencyandeffectivenessofforeignlanguageteachingandlearning．Unfortunately,asama
